VitalityPours was born from a singular obsession: to reverse this decline. We abandoned industrialized groves for wild-harvested, ancient trees, implementing a cold-chain archival system that treats every drop like a rare specimen.

The Archival Standard
Pre-Harvest Selection
We harvest exclusively 'Agourelaio' (unripe green olives). Yielding 70% less oil but 300% more polyphenols than standard ripened harvests.
Cold-Chain Pressing
Stone-pressed at a constant 21°C within 4 hours of picking. This thermal lock prevents the oxidation of delicate scent and health molecules.
Archival Storage
Bottled in ultraviolet-opaque glass, nitrogen-sealed to eliminate oxygen. Every bottle is a time capsule of the orchard's peak moment.
